Ben Young has asked me to let people know via this blog about his Lejog ride. He is fundraising for St Barnabas Hospice Trust in Lincolnshire by cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats, in memory of his dad who died last year.

Team CryRide 2013 are cycling Lejog in memory of Jack Boulton who died suddenly of cardiac arrest aged just 17. Jack's dad and nine other chaps are raising money for CRY (Cardiac Risk in the Young).
